The Future
We are breaking ground on many new projects over the next year. These developments will allow us to build a future for even more families in San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin counties.
REDWOOD CITY
Jefferson Avenue
We broke ground on this mid-rise, 20 condominium home development in downtown Redwood City in 2019. Construction has progressed, and construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021. The new Habitat GSF homeowners, currently completing their sweat equity hours, will be moving in to their new homes early in 2022.
SAN FRANCISCO
Amber Drive
We will build eight homes on generously donated land, that used to house only one home, in the Diamond Heights neighborhood. Work has begun, and construction will be happening through summer of 2023.
