Habitat Young Professionals (HYP) is the next generation of supporters of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco (Habitat GSF). Through volunteering, networking, and advocacy efforts, HYP members work to support Habitat GSF’s mission: to build and sustain affordable homeownership opportunities for families in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin counties. As a member you will:
Volunteer
Support Habitat GSF’s mission through volunteering and fundraising, with preferred access to events like build days, community garden clean-ups, and our annual Framing the Future fundraiser.
Network
Be invited to quarterly networking and fundraising happy hours, where you can meet other young leaders from diverse professional backgrounds.
Learn
Understand the complexities and challenges in affordable housing from interactions with Habitat GSF leadership and other field experts through meeting and event opportunities.
